For the adventurer the area
surrounding Pine Point Lodge has a lot to offer.
The 100 ft. high limestone cliffs on the edge of the Canadian Shield run for
1/4 mile, straight up from the waters edge. Take a 10 minute walk from
the lodge and you will be on top of these cliffs looking down at the point
of land the lodge is nested into, surrounded by pine trees. While on
top you may view fossils impregnated in the limestone thousands of years
ago.

Take a stroll along the shoreline where you may encounter any number of
birds and wildlife. At this point you will know why this pristine
wilderness beckons many to return year after year. Bring your camera
as you will want to take many photos to remember your special vacation at
Pine Point Lodge.
